In 1993, Ted moved to East Hampton, New York, and joined Sotheby's International Realty at its office on Newtown Lane. In 1998 he came full circle, returning to his hometown of Greenwich, and worked as a sales executive with Sotheby's International Realty at the Greenwich location. After leaving to manage the Stamford, Connecticut office of Prudential Connecticut Realty, he returned to the Greenwich office of Sotheby's as Vice President/Branch Manager. He is now happily ensconced as an agent with Houlihan Lawrence doing what he has always loved most, consulting with his clients on their resident real estate requirements.
Ted’s insight on residential real estate gives him the advantage when consulting his valued clientele. Having served as a Greenwich Director for the Connecticut Association of Realtors as well as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the State as well as Greenwich, his abilities to guide and negotiate transactions to their fruitful conclusion is unparalleled.
